OUR GOAL

We want to offer clinicians an opportunity to settle into a long term clinical home! We will take care of the administrative side so you can focus on supporting your clients, developing your niche, and expanding beyond clinical work. Our Flock (Clinicians) do things like training, business consultations, supervision and consultation groups, and hosting community events as ways of exploring their interests and developing additional streams of income with the support of the business.

 

NEW BIRDS

• We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to clients in Maryland.

• The right fit will have a full clinical license, be capable of working independently, possess expertise in working with LGBTQIA clients and relationship counseling (couples therapy and polycule therapy), and have experience working in private practice. 

• Since our practice focuses on providing safety and inclusion, you will need to also hold those values.

• We might be a great fit for you if you have been running your own private practice and are feeling burned out and looking for an alternative to a solo gig. Let us take on the admin so you can focus on the clinical work.

THE JOB​​

• 25 sessions/week

• Weekly paid staff meetings

• Co-working opportunities multiple times per week

• Documentation and some case management for clients

• Commission for Clinical Sessions

• Hourly rate for on-boarding, mandatory meetings and trainings
