I have always treasured building relationships with individuals young, old, and everywhere in-between. I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology to learn how people operated, and through two years of service and various employment opportunities, the importance of relationships has come to the forefront of how I understand individuals’ quality of life. I sought a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy to learn more of the intricacies and patterns people tend to develop while striving to feel safely connected to those closest to them. Life can be overwhelming at times, and you may need warm acceptance and greater understanding to help you find your best self again. People need each other, and you are not alone. As a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist, I meet clients where they are and collaborate to find a way forward to better know yourself and experience healing in your most important relationships.

My approach to treatment centers around you and your relationship dynamics which could be explored and nurtured for greater satisfaction. Based on your unique needs and goals, I utilize an integrative approach from evidence-based theories including mindfulness, solution focused therapy, emotion focused therapy, and internal family systems, among others. In our safe therapeutic space, special consideration is given to how trauma can alter perception and affect your mind-body connection. When you are ready to move toward a more fulfilling future, I look forward to navigating the rest of the way together.
